See yourself from within
Therapeutic Approach
My work is grounded in a holistic and integrative perspective. I see psychological wellbeing as something that unfolds in the interplay between mind, body, emotions, relationships, and personal meaning.
Rather than working from a single method, I draw from different psychotherapeutic frameworks and attune them to the person in front of me. What we focus on, and how we work, is shaped by your needs, your pace, and what feels meaningful for you.
This way of working allows therapy to remain responsive and respectful of your individual process. It is not about fitting you into a model, but about exploring what supports you best—here and now.
Confidentiality
What you share in therapy is treated with care and respect. Everything discussed during our sessions, as well as any information recorded in your file, remains confidential.
There are a few clearly defined situations in which confidentiality may need to be broken. This only occurs if there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of others, or when disclosure is legally required by a court order.
These boundaries are not about control, but about responsibility. I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Psychologists in the Netherlands, which helps ensure that your privacy, trust, and wellbeing are held with care throughout our work together.
Services
Individual therapy
€85 per session (±60 minutes online session)
A one-to-one therapeutic space for adults to explore emotions, behavioural patterns, and personal triggers at your own pace. Individual therapy helps build insight, emotional awareness, and inner stability, forming a strong foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Group therapy
€45 per session (±120 minutes online session)
In a carefully guided and safe group setting (adults only), insights can be explored and practised in relation to others. Working with people on similar journeys allows new ways of relating, expressing, and responding to emerge through shared experience.
About Me
I’m Diana, a psychologist based in the Netherlands. My professional background is rooted in Positive Psychology, where I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Erasmus University Rotterdam. I later trained in Integrative Psychotherapy—an approach that reflects my belief that meaningful change involves the whole person, and that therapy works best when it meets you where you are.
I work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, panic, and grief, as well as more complex experiences including trauma, domestic abuse, and self-harm. In my work, I offer a calm and attentive presence, creating space for what feels difficult without rushing the process. Therapy is not about fixing, but about understanding what is asking for attention and care.
Having lived abroad for more than a decade, I understand the emotional impact of expatriate life. Living between cultures can bring growth, but also moments of uncertainty, loneliness, or loss of direction. My practice is therefore especially attuned to the experiences of expats, with attention to identity, belonging, relationships, and life transitions.
At the heart of my work lies Integrative Psychotherapy—a collaborative and compassionate approach that honours your unique life story. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where trust can grow and meaningful therapeutic work can unfold, at your pace and in your own way.
I am registered with the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen and the Colegiul Psihologilor din România, reflecting my commitment to ethical practice, professional standards, and ongoing development.
